We have 7 energy centers that correlate to different areas of our body that are called Chakras. Each Chakra regulates certain emotions that we can get trapped in when there is an energy blockage. This includes feeling unsafe or feeling unable to communicate. Blockages can occur from traumas or life experiences. When a blockage interrupts our energetic flow, we can feel disconnected from our higher selves and our higher purpose. When we are clear, this flow allows us to achieve our goals with ease and align with our destined paths.
